Our Mission
The mission of Circle of Care Foundation is to empower orphans and vulnerable children, young adolescents, youth, women and girls, elderly persons, persons living with disabilities in Kisoro District and beyond through holistic interventions in education, health, and socio-economic development through fostering resilience, restoring dignity, and creating sustainable livelihoods that allow marginalized groups to break cycles of poverty and dependence.

The vision of Circle of Care Foundation is of a society where every orphan, vulnerable child, young adolescents, youth, women and girls elderly persons, persons living with disability live with dignity, enjoys access to quality health and education, and has equal opportunities for a secure and hopeful future anchored in fairness and inclusivity.
